Strength Yoga


Mondays from 6:00 - 7:00 pm

This new offering will feature a new teacher and theme each month.

September - Come join Kim Mondays in September for core infusion- Strengthen and stabilize the core muscles of the abdomen, low back and pelvis. This class combines traditional yoga poses with targeted strength exercises to improve balance, posture and overall fitness. All levels.

October - Come join Kaitlin Mondays in October for HIIT power yoga class. This month will focus on asanas and intervals to increase cardiovascular endurance and to tone, sculpt, and strengthen total body.
